Hi,
I have four airtel number postpaid number activated under same cug plan. At the time of activation it has been confirmed by airtel that cug to cug calling would be free.
As i checked my bills, i have been charged for calling on cug numbers from first billing cycle and same has been confirmed by airtel executive.
When i raised the complaint appellate authority said i have been charged for calling on cug numbers as i was not in base city and because of roaming charges. I had shared bills where i have been charged for calling on cug numbers even when i was not in roaming network but they are not settling down the bill and said as par airtel policy we can not reimburse the overcharged amount.

Appreciate your efforts .
Please confirm how long would it take to resolve the issue .Also, please confirm to whom i can escalate appellate authority . On the call they agree that i have been charged on calling on CUG numbers but then i got the mail or message they can not do anything and issue has been resolved .
Can i get the email ID of senior officer .
