The issue still hasnt been resolved. I got an email from them saying that they can give me a bill copy when the bill has been generated on 27th Jan or so. Till then I wont have access to data.
This is theft in broad daylight; you are denying me usage of mobile data which I have paid for.
Moreoever you are overcharging me for unbilled amount - already you are saying that I have used all my STD packs (worth 1860 mins) in one day i.e. 26th December. Due to this I am not using my phone to make calls as required.
I will keep posting it on all social media, file a case in consume court, and leave your number without paying bills on account of the harrasment from your end.

This means that till they generate a new bill I cant have any access to data and shouldnt make phone calls as I have already overused my plan.
This is totally unacceptable; due to their wrong billing I am not able to use the phone and they are not doing anything about it.
