Airtel — wrong charges for service never requested | |||
I have received an sms from airtel, on 27 may at 4:08 am, saying that some fitonza has been activated for one week and rs. 35/- has been charged to me, and that i could stop it by following some process if i wanted. Since i have never made any such request why should airtel have the right to charge me money unilaterally and then make me go through the hassle of this unwanted, and unsought, service. This unilateral thrusting of services and then charging money from the unwilling consumer is open cheating. Airtel seems to have done it to others too. They must stop this harassment immediately and refund any amounts deducted for this service, unless someone specifically asks for it. Was this information helpful? | |||
