I switched my two numbers to Airtel from Vodafone last month (26th June 2016) as postpaid customer.
Post porting numbers I found out that plan activated on my number (399 rental plan) is not the one which was promised to me during proposal of plan (399 Corporate plan).
I registered my concerns with coordinating Airtel Malad office where for first few days they din't even pay attention to my problem.
It was later when I escalated the matter to higher departments (Complaint number[protected] they called me.
They said wrong commitment was given to you as no such plan exists with Airtel.
Post my escalation to next level I got confirmation from there team that issue will be resolved in 72 hours.
After that every time I called Airtel Nodel department or Appellate department I get new timeline for resolution of problem.
If you try to explain your concerns to customer care executives repetitively then there Customer Care Executive raises there voice in order to make sure details you are explaining shall not get recorded in there call logs.
