Airtel — wrong data deduction from my pack | |||
sir, I suresh kumar MY cell no. [protected] airtel, i have taken the My pack for high speed data 2 GB data with auto renewal facilities, My previous pack will be expire on 03.05.2015 and there was a data balance in my pack apprx 7 GB, I had renewed in advance on 01.05.2015 Rs 455/- has been deducted from my balance with your message that "your benefit will be renewed on 04.05.2015 for 2GB data . sir, i want to know that 1. why my previous data was not carry forward in my current balance 2. the cash back 10% was not credited in my plan inspite of amount Rs. 455/-has deducted in advance . therefore, I requested you to solve my above both issue at the earliest otherwise i have no option but to go in litigation . If you can not solve the above issue kindly refer me the next Authority I am waiting your favourable reply . Was this information helpful? | |||
