[Resolved] Airtel — Wrong data usage and high bill amount | |||
This started last month when i realised that my 20 gb of data is being consumed in no of days only and i got a call from customer care to get smart byt activated. I thought it as one of case and bought it. they also suggested me to increase my data pack to 40 gn for seamless experince i agreed to that also.. now 2nd may my month starts. and on 4th may it started showing in my account 8 gb usage done. when i checked day by day usage., on 2nd and 3rd it was only showing 1.5 gb total and 4thb data was nmot avilable i contacted the customer care and they said data shown in my account is faulty and they cant share the exact usage data.. after repetitive calls and messages.. noone is sharing the actual usage with me and they are just replying with standatrd messages saying your data usage is correct as per our record. i called the technician at home and he also told me that this issue is being faced by lot of cusotmers. i had escalated the isue and i got a call from airtel executive just to tell me that he cant send me exact data usage pattern and will send it to the write team. its been 15 days today and i havent got the soilutin to my surprise yesterday i got a mail saying that my 32 gb data is already consumed and i should opt for smartbyte plan.. i know my data usage and have been tracking my usage patterns and i know its impossible for me to use 32 gb data in such less time airtel is just fooloing and looting the cusotmrs by showing wrong data usage and pushing them to take bigger and costlier plans and also smartbytes from them there is no way of tracking data usage.. the one which is shows in our account is said wrong by customer care and no one shared the actual data plz help me and get my usage pattern corected and also the bill amount Was this information helpful? | |||
