R/sir, Sub: Wrong demands of overdue amount even after cancellation of airtel mobile number- [protected]. I had a Airtel postpaid mobile connection no. [protected] up 15th August’14 using by son which was cancelled on 20/08/2014 with cancellation no. 57681223 & balance bill payment receipt no.25341 from M/s. Sky High Telecom, Surat, as my son gone to abroad. I have given cancellation request with two ID proof to M/s. Sky High Telecom, Surat and cancellation no. 57681223 given by them. Copy attached. Surprisingly, after cancellation of a moth I have received bill for that mobile number. I have approached to M/s. Sky High Telecom, Surat and asked about that cancellation request but they told that you have held that cancellation, which was not right as I had not given any request for that. I had approached customer care of airtel official officer and request that you please check in your system that live connectivity of that SIM Card because I have cancelled the number, but on the spot only they have told we will check and conform. After several reminder of cancellation and discussion with Airtel customer care phone they are not ready to cancelled this connection and asking for payment of last six months without use of this connection which SIM card is not exist since 15th August’14. If same attitude of airtel marketing remain with customer, than I have only option to switch over service provider for remaining three airtel mobile connections and airtel DTH connection. Kindly do needful and help me for cancellation of this mobile number. [protected].
