Airtel — wrong information by customer care support issue/based on recharge done | |||
Dear sir, My consumer id : [protected]-001 As per my telephonic conversion with you team mamber they have clearly confirm that all channel as per current exisiting plan @ 280/- per month will remain same with continous service for 12 month @ 1499/- (Recording as attached) With referance to the above subject i would like to bring you notice that so many channel you are going to discontinued from my current tarrif plant without any reason. So many discussion have been with your team member but not a single support till now. So this is my last post and take stand on my decision if all channels will not be continued within 2 days otherwise i have To go to consumer court with all call recording of airtel team.
