I am having a 3g handset and i requested airtel for port out as airtel is providing 1gb internet per day packs only for 4g handsets, but a representative from airtel called me and said that we will provide u daily 1 gb 3g data pack as you are a premium customer so that u should recharge for 349 and they activate daily 1gb of 3g data for your 3g handset i was surprised and confirmed the same for several time.. Then on the day itself i recharged the same denomination. But the pack was not activated only voice benifits are credited. So i called customer care for the same, he asked me to wait for 24 hrs later after 24 hrs once again i called them and another person recieved a call he asked for 48 hrs and this continued.. After 10-15 days my issue was not resolved and my validity also stated ending, then today i called airtel and a representative called mohan picked and saying he won't give any such packs and he spoken very arrogantly and disconnected the call from his end only, i don't know why airtel is recruiting such kind of people, they are not solving the problem instead they are creating a neusense.. My issue was not resolved till now.. I want my money back or the pack activated.. Was this information helpful? |
