Airtel — wrong information giving me in call

Daily call from airtel dth mobile no. - [protected]
Call me and saying your new pack 252 rupees recharge immediately activate for 29 days all channels and again after 1 month doing recharge your pack 252 will continue as always but this is wrong information i have done 252 rupees recharge not giving me all channel and also validity 15 days
Please give me why give wrong information
