Airtel — wrong message on data usage which is not allowing user to use internet

Everyday @9am am getting message from airtel saying i have consumed my 90% data even though my usage is less than 25% (Even usage confirmed by airtel constome care) so am not able to use the internet. I have raised several complaints but no1 has responded. Each time they are saying they can't do anything i feedup with this.

Airtel is just looting costumers, their network is so bad in bangalore.
