Airtel — Wrong monthly bill generated | |||
Dear Sir, I have MNP my Airtel Prepaid number [protected] in to Airtel postpaid, relationship number-[protected] now i have problem every month in my monthly bill. I have already pay the one time charges of Rs. 250 /- but in every month bill the Rs. 250 /- added as One time charges. WHY it is not understandable for me. I have many a times contacted my Local representative of Airtel (Mr. roopesh-[protected]) to resolve the issue but no action has been taken till this date.
