[Resolved] Airtel — WRONG ROAMING CHARGES IN POSTPAID CONNECTION | |||
Dear Sir/Ma'am This is to complain that, Airtel has charged (roaming charges) incorrectly on my post-paid mobile bill (mobile no - [protected]) in the month of July 2014 (8th and 9th July). My mobile bill shows that I was in MP (roamin) whereas I was in Pune (local) on those days. Roaming Charges has been charged accordingly. This wrong entry has become an audit issue in our company with respect to my work plan. Customer Care is not responding saying that, they will not be able to help as this is an old issue. They have also said that they will not reverse the charges. Please help me to get this issue resolved or suggest the needful. Thanks Naresh Ghongade. Pune. Was this information helpful? | |||
