Date of incident -12/5/2017 Transaction id[protected] I reached the wrong number today on the airtel website itself and i kindly request you to refund it. I have miss entered the 2nd last digit of my number. Amount recharged -199 Method of payment - debit card I kindly request u to reverse the amount of rs 199 for the recharge used in the above transaction Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

I am user of Airtel service provider. i ported my BSNL number on 11th nov 2017 into Airtel. the my number successfully ported in airtel but i am facing problem for which i register a lot of complaint via another airtel number the problems are:-
1. NO CALL RECEIVING FACILITIES
2. NO SMS RECEIVING FACILITIES
