On 25th of May, one of airtel Sales executive Jitendra Kumar approached me for new broadband connection and as part of new offer he mentioned that if I pay for 3 month Advance, installation will be free and also XSTREAM BOX and 1 month HD channel pack will be free with all plans.
I made the payment on 29th May Morning, and installation was done in evening and i was shocked when after setup, installation engineer said that only router installation is their, when I reached out to Sales person he said that for XSTREAM BOX you have to place a new order and its not part of this broadband installation. He said you have to 1500 refundable for that and separate team will take that.
When I reminded him that I have call recording where he mentioned all these will be free and part of new broadband bundle offer, he said sorry nothing can be done now. When I asked for cancellation, he said you have already paid in advance, that will not be refunded.
This is a clear case of cheating and i dont want associate with Airtel, and I request you to cancel my connection and initiate the refund at the earliest as you have not delivered what you promised. Looking for ward to hear from you.
