[Resolved]  Airtel — Yearly scheme changed

Dear sir,


My dth no [protected]. I have converted my dth to hd with one year hd channel offer and they collected Rs.1800 for free one year hd channel . But just now customer care told which offer was not activated to your account and instead of that which money was recharged to my account. This is not my fault that is yours. I humble request please activate my one year hd channel or return my money and I go for another dth company. Kindly to do needful.

I have purchased a airtel 4G sim no.[protected]J on Sunday 24th April, 2016. Though, my phone no. is active, I am not able to connect to network. Please let me know how I can solve the issue ?
I have to get 7GB data in my 1999 plan but didnt get a single byte of data & Airtel charged me full..
Various complaint no & mails but no response..
Suffered professionally & personally against this act..
