Last week on thursday i given request to port my prepaid airtel to karnataka postpaid connection, and hence all online biometric aadhaar authentication form submission and residence verification done on the same day,
Yesterday night i got one sms regarding postpaid connection activation around 9:00 pm about post connection to be activation on around 10:52 pm, and so around 11:00 pm when i check my prepaid connection signal, it was gone,
So i waited for one hour and then injected the given last week new postpaid sim by that airtel guy, but till time it not activated.
Even the 198, 121, [protected] all numbers are useless and vague too and no support services, nothing just the automated voice, that's it and now feeling very remorse and regret on why should i requested for postpaid connection.
