Akshnav Online — I am complaining about Delay in delivery from seller fault

I Have ordered SAMSUNG 324 L Frost Free Double Door 3 Star Convertible Refrigerator (Elegant Inox, RT34T4513S8/HL) " Order Number: OD[protected]" dated 4th of August, 2022.
But till 12th of Aug 2022 no update on this and also the product has not yet shipped.

I received mail from flipkart like
