Hi Team, I am complaining because I purchased REDMI 9i (Sea Blue, 64 GB) seller Akshnav Online on Order ID: OD[protected], Order Date:[protected], Invoice Date:[protected].The product is eligible for return as per return policy. As I was dissatisfied with the product due to its software hang issue I tried to go ahead with a refund .But shocked to know that there is no option with the seller for refund.They have only one option for replacement. I have already purchased another product REDMi 9 PRIME Order ID - OD[protected] on 25th Aug-2021.So I can't go for the replacement procedure.I want a refund for my first product. When I first learned of this problem, I contacted Flipkart Customer Care on 25th Aug-2021, but they refused to write the complaint for refund and was told that nothing could be done about my problem. To resolve this problem I would like you to solve the issue and do the needful ASAP. My product details can be downloaded from flipkart portal and the recordings of voice chat from your company. The seller rejected it without any reason.
