Akshnav Online — Received damage SAMSUNG 345 L product and rejected the return request

I have recently ordered SAMSUNG 345 L Frost Free Double Door 3-Star Convertible Refrigerator on 21st Apr 2023 from Flipkart, and It got delivered on 24-Apr-2023 with some dents and scratches. We have disused same with delivery person, he asked us for replacement through Flipkart app or site.
I immediately placed a replacement request, and was subsequently assured by your customer care team that the replacement would be processed shortly.
However, it has been 12 days since the request was raised.

But today I got an email as “Sorry, the seller will not be able to fulfil your return request for the item. In case you need any product related assistance, please contact the brand.”

After seeing the complaint against this seller, I realized that this seller is cheated with most of their customer.

Please take strict action on him, so he should not cheat with their customer.
