I have ordered a Samsung Smart watch from Amazon of small size but they delivered me the large size. Now they are denying to replace the order with small size. They are saying that you ordered large size only, I know I have ordered small size and don't know how they change the size of the watch.

I am trying to reach their customer service from last 3 days and the support team is very rude and pathetic. they...

I want to confirm you that. I ordered 2 items and I received only 1.
Invoices are both in the box and I paid the amount from Amazon pay later 5th November is a due date of missing item.
Please let me know about this otherwise you can place the order....
