Amazon India — Refund issues. Misleading statements by amazon | |||
I ordered one plus 3 mobile phone (Rs. 27999)+ 1 year extended warranty (Rs 1399) on dated 1 oct 2016. I paid the whole money as a single transaction of amount rs. 29398/-. First payment got declined. Then insecond try. I received the message my money got deducted. As 1 year extended warranty did not include my city. So i had no benefit of it. So i cancelled it on dated 1 oct 2016. And i received the refund of it. But as my order was not being confirmed by amazon i cancelled the order and asked my money back on dated 2 oct 2016. From 2nd oct 2016 to till now. I have not received my money back. Everytime amazon is giving false statements. 1) sometimes they say wait for 4 working days. Still no refund processed 2) sometimes they said contact bank customer care by giving a reference number by email. Also they said my refund of rs. 27999/- is processed on dated 1 oct 2016. But i cancelled the order on dated 2nd oct. How can they process my refund one day before. 3) later i got mail that my refund is stuck due to some technical issues on their own side. 4) now they are saying that they have not received my money from hdfc bank so contact bank customer care. Everytime i am being said various misleading statements. No refund yet. I am felling very harassed, helpless, and insecure regarding my money. Was this information helpful? | |||
