Amazon India — Return and refund status is not updated after taking the product from me by amazon

Hi, I have raised a complaint with customer care . I had returned the product(Samsung Galaxy S4 Mobile phone) on 28th Feb 2015 at 9.45 a.m. to amazon services (pick up person's no-[protected]), later on I again got call from a different person of Amazon asking me to return the phone again. I told to the second person that a guy from amazon called me and he already took the product from me with out giving any slip or message or mail confirmation, I was very worried about amazon service, Now I am in tense about the money to be refunded.
