[Resolved]  American Tourister — not received trolley bag even after 70 days

Dear sir,
On 24 jul 2017, i contacted to indranagar, bangalore service center with my trolley bag for wheel and zip replacement under warranty claim. They told me it will take 15 days to repair (Service invoice no 53197 dated 24 jul 2017). But after 15 days, when i contact them again then they said to wait for another few days as item was still under repair. After 1 month, service representative told me as we are not able to repair the zip so we are going to arrange for trolley replacement and thats why it will take another 10 days for replacement process. But even after almost 70 days, still they are not able to provide me that trolley bag and everytime gave some silly excuses.

There are few question: american tourister is such a big brand then why they take such a long time period for replacing such a small thing. They have many showroom in bangalore, why don't they arrange it from there and if they are not able to arrange it then why don't they exchange it with new trolley bag.
