I have purchased american tourister dt 18/10/2022 from reliance smart shop at calicut, kerala, india ta 35 rrl 123/105.Fu[protected] id 22229657 amt bayview 78cm black made in india dac-b.I bought it because of my faith in your company, more over you are giving 3 year international warranty for this trolly bag, but unfortunatlly my bag broken and zip beeding is totaly dameged in my first journey itself, and now the bag is in unrepairable...

One zip has been damaged and visited so many showrooms but there is no proper solution provided nor the request considered....

I have purchased a brand new 4 wheel trolley bag of American Tourister from Dubai mall product no (85A(M)09006 OO ID 53027630 A.T. BON AIR 66 CM BLACK.
but during my recent domestic trip both the handle in the trolley bags broke during handling at airport.
This was quite suprising as this was my first travel after covid with this trolley bag.
