[Resolved]  Arvind Mills — Defected Jacket poor response

I have purchased a jacket from Arrow store bareilly and after a few months all the threads starts coming out from the jacket and I have lodged a complaint to company's site and I have received a call from them, they asked me to hand over the jacket to Arrow store I did the same and now they people are not responding to me neither they are replacing the jacket nor they are giving me refunds even they are not ready to tell me the status of my complaint.
