I am regular consumer of brand arrow. I have more than 70 percent arrow shirts in my wardrobe. I recently purchased an ARROW Shirt from Arrow store in Great India palace mall, Noida. I paid somewhere around 2500 Rupees for that shirt as it was a fresh arrival. I asked the salesman there that I want to try size before buying. He didn’t allow me to try the same shirt but he gave some other shirt of same size which is 42. It was fine so I bought this new shirt. To my horror when I wore the shirt it was at least a size up and it was not fitting to me at all. I am feeling cheated at this point of time. ARROW — SIZE OF THE SHIRT
Dear Sir,I have purchased Arrow branded XXL shirt in Hyderabad. I have two Arrow shirts which were purchased earlier. The size of the shirts which were purchased earlier were fit and presently wearing. Presuming that the size of the new shirt is same as old shirts without wearing it brought to Tirupati. After wearing the new one I found that the size of the XXL shirt is not the same as old shirts. I have spent Rs. 1600/- for the shirt which is not fit for me. Is it right for a branded company to manufacture in such a way? I lost confidence in this matter and this complaint is to be focussed.
