My consumer No is AG-7408.
Recently I booked a cylinder on line about 10 days back.
Since I didn't received the delivery till date, I visited my Gas Agency M/s. Ashu Gas Service Rajouri Garden New Delhi-110027 today to find out the reason.The female staff at the counter was extremely rude.First they didn't take any notice of my visit and kept me standing for more than 15 minutes.After listening my complaint she brusquely told that the Delivery Boy had visited my premises twice but found it locked.When I contested her claim she called up the Delivery Boy who mentioned the another premises not mine.When I asked her why I was not informed she rudely told me that they are merely getting Rs.5 per cylinder and cannot take so much botheration for each and every customer.
Pl. note that I am a retired senior citizen who mostly stay at home.Therefore their claim of having visited my premises is totally false and fabricated.In fact such incidences are frequently happening causing distress and inconvinience to the customers.
It is requested urgent action should be taken and I should be informed about the remedial measures taken .
