Ashu Gas Service — regarding insolent behaviour of telephone operator/ receptionist

I have recently spoken to the telephone operator ms. Dimple at your office regarding shifting of cylinder from delhi to noida.
But she is extremely poor in talking terms, very rude, misbehaved, mannerless lady.
She was actually shouting on me over phone when i asked for the information.
This behaviour i found extremely irresponsible and unprofessional.

I hope you take some action over the same.
