I have recently spoken to the telephone operator ms. Dimple at your office regarding shifting of cylinder from delhi to noida.
But she is extremely poor in talking terms, very rude, misbehaved, mannerless lady.
She was actually shouting on me over phone when i asked for the information.
This behaviour i found extremely irresponsible and unprofessional.

mai urmila devi jo ki wz-15 a, plot no-22, vihsnu garden, navyug block, delhi-110018 ka niwasi hu maine gas ki service ashu gas se le rakhi h jo ki gas no. Ag-06742 h.
