[Resolved] Askmebazaar — Received damaged product, I want my money back | |||
My order ID is AB2623562, which has received today by a totally damaged product (Samsung Power Bank). I have made the complaint on the spot by calling their customer care number [protected] and they have registered my complaint and told me they will refund my money to my bank account (which I have already given) and also told me there is no provision to replace the product rather than refunding the money back. I want a confirmation mail from them regarding the complaint and have to process my refund to the below account as early as possible to avoid any escalations etc. They can take back the product as it is.
