My code no is AB 9548968, I hv ordered 3set of led light, but two bulbs hv no pins, so please replace or refund.

I order for a Samsung mobile, but askmebazzar gave me damaged product and now not ready to refund it or replace it.
I called more than6 times call, on cusomer care on +[protected] but they people are not ready to listen to me.
They are theif, fraud and cheap people in the market, they are playing with customer.
