its froud...its cheating...so please i want the sony power bank which is shown in image at the time of ordered...

I ordered sony powerbank 10000mah but i received wrong product from your company that is samsung powerbank 9000 mah that a fake one. Sir my order no. is AB 2852772. Sir i made so many complaints to your company via phone regarding wrong product and told them to refund my money but everytime your executives give me the new complaint no.. My recent complaint no. is QRC 28715387. Sir your executives says that our executive will come to your house within 1-2 working days but this was not done at all. Sir I received the product on 24 th may 2015 and i complained on 25 th may 2015. But the action is still not taken. Sir I request you to take action as soon as possible. Your action will be highly appreciated. Please send your executive to my house to take the product and refund my money as soon as possible.

I raised a ticket on last wednesday (10 June) for receiving wrong product.

I ordered the Nike white shoes but received blue shoes of reebok.
