Home Finance — I am complaint about home loan subsidy

i have loan from aspire home loan finance ltd from sagar branch. Not any confirmation about pradhan mantri awas yojana subsidy. So kindly informe me for this subsidy progress or any related to procedure not full-fill and take a proper action.
