My Name is Balajee and am in look out for Finance Jobs in Middle east and applied for various jobs in Job Portals. Looking at my profile, this company called Aspirejobz.com (http://aspirejobz.com/) approached me. A sales consultant called Damodar approached me A sales consultant called Damodar approached me and shared a Job description for a company in Dubai (Company name not disclosed) with an attractive package. He conveyed to me that my resume need some dressing to suit the requirements of the clients & said it would cost INR 28, 500 for resume rewriting and end to end customer support and promised in a email that if i don’t get job in Middle east within 6 months the money will be refunded. This happened on 2nd week of December 2014. After the payment is done nobody even responded to my queries and after 3 weeks this salesperson Damodar reverted with a redesigned resume . Afterwards i never heard from anyone. After continuous follow up, during February Damodar washed his hands saying i don’t manage recruitment process and my job is only sales and asked me to get in touch with the Recruitment team. The most funny part is same JD was sent to two of my friends with the same set of promises. Luckily i stopped them getting into contract with this company. I was routed to various Recruitment Managers within Aspire Jobz. (Nadia J, Anju Sonia, Sai Krishna, Sofia & Finally Madan etc) i just felt like a ### in the hands of a pimp. They went to extent to set up fake interview schedules to convince me they are working on my profile. Whenever an interview is scheduled, the interviewer will always go on leave for a month, trying to make a mockery of the interview process. Finally when the 6 months waiting period was over by Mid of may and when i approached the Recruitment team for the refund, the Head of recruitment team (Mr Madan) Calls me and says there is so much gap in the way i was handled and he will help to sort out & i will look out for job profiles and give an update every second day. A promise will always remain only as promise. Perfect example. He commits and goes on long leave, & then out of frustration approached Sofia for refund of Money, she has all the time in the world except to reply to emails. Chain of emails being sent without any answer. When called to her desk in morning, someone picks and tell Sofia works only in afternoon, When called Mid day, someone will pick and tell Sofia will be coming to office at 3. When called after 3 PM, the response would be Sofia is on leave (a team of professionals who has answers for every situation). And now the update is refund requires multi level approvals and i need to wait. Whenever i escalate the issue the recruitment manager Madan will send a formality mail to his finance team copying me advising them to make payment, but their finance team never react to any of his mails neither process my payment. Guys – whoever who is reading this, please be careful when dealing with this company (http://aspirejobz.com/). I feel cheated by this company. Till date i have not got the refund, neither a positive answer from them. I don’t think they managed to place anyone and just playing with the people who wanted to pursue their career in the middle east. Was this information helpful? | |||
Sep 22, 2015 Complaint marked as Resolved This forum really worked. After raising the concern in this forum, i sent the link to the Company. Immediately next day the Finance team called me up and passed the 50% and now following up with me to remove the complaint from this portal.

Can somebody help out with email address of cyber crime reporting authority in Hyderabad or email of Consumer Disputes Forum or Court in Hyderabad where a formal complaint can be lodged. I am in Dubai and hence seek support of the members of this forum in Hyderabad or in India to advise on the above. Looking forward to your support to nail these fraudsters from Aspire.

I too received a similar call from one Mohammad Ali and then an E-Mail from Tanvi ([protected]@aspireplacement). After the call I believed it to be a genuine one and was looking forward to take it further. Then when I did not receive any further calls from them, after waiting for 3 days I called them back to know the update. Then Ms. Tanvi came onboard and explained that there is urgent vacancy for UAE and the basic is 8000 USD. It was a bit hard for me to believe b'coz for the position that I was offered, the salary was a bit too much no matter what the company was (even if its a government ministry position it was on much higher side) then after explaining everything, she said there is a one time service charge of 1000 USD and I have to pay 300 USD right away. Then I was sure there is something fishy as genuine recruiters never charge from the candidates. They are normally paid by the employer for fetching a candidate. Then I started researching and thanks to this thread, I came to know the real face of these guys.
Thanks to all those guys who contributed to this thread and saved my hard earned money. Yes they should be taken to task. They are very clever as the firm does exist in Hyderabad and there are recruitments going on. But most of the time overseas candidates like us never verify the genuineness and fall into their trap.

One thing is clear, these are a set of people who selected this way of living by cheating others. They do not have any professional capabilities. Just a while ago, I happened to receive a call from one Sadia Khan (JobzArk) from no. +[protected]
She was telling that my resume was pre-selected by a client and the interview can be scheduled shortly. A registration fee need to be paid $400 in advance and remaining after selection...that was a big hunch!
I received a mail immediately and a contract from to basically pay!
Thanks to this forum, my doubt is clarified now and I just need from guidance to launch a complain to the local authorities back there! Can some help me in doing this or guide me
Guys be aware ... Do not fall into this trap! No good recruiters would do this and no employer will ever engage in shortlisting without the concern persons appraisal!
