Thanks for your updates it's happened to me as well but it was good in fact because of your comments I told them straight forward that iam not going to pay any single amount upfront and they said me that they need a single chance to prove themselves. I thought it's a trap but the person spoke to me seems very professional and legit over the call and gave them a chance by paying an upfront payment o[censored]SD 500 Which 33544 inr what they sent me in the link and I want to tell all the above reviewers that I earned a very good opportunity in Abu Dhabi for HSE Manager and they proved that they really do what they say and the TAT was just 45 days. So I request people to give a chance to Aspire placement to prove there work. Iam a satisfied person and below are my details. Where I can be reached if somebody wants to reach me. Recently i was been cheated 20000 rs by aspire placement.

I already requested them to refund my money but still they didnot.. Even they are not picking my call now days. Sometimes they picked and cut immediately
I wont spare this issue
I will going to rise this point, but right now i am in out of station. After 2 months, i will be going to file complaint to cyber crime against this aspire placement

Thanks to all of you, you made my day today and save my 300 USD from JobZark Fisher.

I received the same mail from JobZark.com he call me and convinced me regarding one opening in Dubai waiting for me, when I ask him tell me the company name then he said no we did not disclose company name if you are interested then you have to pay 300 USD for registration and 500 $ after hired when I get my first salary.
I open the web site and see it's look good so I thought this is genuine, currently i am in Saudi Arabia with very reputed company and I hired throw one of the consultancy called IT-Consultancy (really it's very good) from Hydrabad so i thought this is also good then after I make my mind to pay 300 USD today[protected] but I am too busy with my work in morning so I thought I will do online payment at night after that I talk to one of my collogue in same company he said did you see the JobZark Review I said no he said wait I will check and let you know and he forward me this consume Complains and user review after I read all really I got stuck.

Primary Purpose

The Engineer, Instruments & Controls engineering expertise, capital planning and execution expertise and instruments and controls maintenance services for the facility. Works closely with other staff to provide instrument and controls engineering services where needed. The position reports directly to the Manager, Facilities Engineering.
This position will be located at Dubai, UAE.

Responsibilities
30% - Oversees the instruments & controls systems from an engineering perspective and assures all design modifications or additions of the same are performed professionally and in strict accordance with company procedures and code compliances. Assures all planning, scheduling and managing all instruments & controls engineering activities related to plant facilities are coordinated and performed safely and efficiently.

30% - Provides daily instruments & controls support to the plant to keep the plant systems operational. Improves and ensures the reliability and integrity of the instruments & controls systems. Optimizes the instruments & controls systems for efficiency and equipment reliability.

15% - Develops or supports the development of proposals for facility improvements including design basis and preliminary estimates for capital projects as assigned. During development and construction, supports the Program Manager as assigned to minimize overruns in project-related spending. Helps develop instruments & controls activities for all operational projects and new developments, from conception to completion in line with budgets and on time scheduling.

15% - Ensures that documentation for the instruments & controls systems are maintained properly. Participates in the development of documentation standards including updates to the unit operating manuals. Participates in the Management of Change process. Uses computer assisted engineering and design software to perform engineering tasks and develops documentation.

05% - Assists in developing and managing budgets and schedules to meet financial targets with an understanding of the accounting and procurement procedures and guidelines and abides by them.

05% - Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications
BS in Engineering (Electrical or Chemical preferred).

Experience

At least 8 years in the petrochemical or oil and gas industry.

Has proven track record in trouble shooting and analysis of instrumentation and process engineering system problems.

Prior experience in turbine control system preferred.

Prior experience in solving alarm flooding problems, preferred.

Prior experience in working in a liquefaction plant, preferred.

Prior experience in OTS (Operator Training Simulators), preferred.

Skills/ Knowledge/ Abilities
Possesses good oral and written communication skills.

Able to work with a culturally diverse group of technical individuals whose skills cover the range required to engineer, operate and maintain the LNG receiving terminal.

Have basic computer skills including project management, database, and use of Microsoft Office programs.

Possesses good planning and organization shills and meets work deadlines.

Possesses the personality and ability to relate to and to establish a mutually respectful relationship with

1) management,

2) peers and

3) the various facility level workers whom are all responsible for ensuring good operations.

Must be willing to be on call and work overtime as required.

Must be willing to travel for factory acceptance testing, training, etc as required.

Provides leadership and discipline expertise to less experienced support staff, engineering design, maintenance, and operation groups.

Hi ...This is Lathish..even I fell for the same trap .Sameera and Madan k from Aspire placement as took USD 500 from me promising job opportunities in Dubai.Not even a single interview has been setup.They have even gave me an agreement letter stating rhe money will be deposited if the job has not been fixed. Please be careful with this agency and with these fraudsters.
I want to file a complaint against these two.

This Company named " Aspire Placement" is fraud, and I too have paid $350few months before, nothing happened, they are cheaters, only keep bluffing you, nothing else. Let me know how I can recover my money.
I've all the mails stating receipt of money as paid thru card.

It has been same case with me. I made the payments in Feb 2016, US$ 450, on an assurance of job. Unfortunately till date i haven't received an proper response. Even i asked for Re-imbursement of payments but all my efforts are wasted. No one is receiving any more calls now. I am going to file case here in Embassy in Qatar.
Please all friends, the aspire placement are fake agency. Please don't waste your savings with such fraud agencies. They should be punished.
