Atozshoppinghub.com — Not refunding money Rs. 16000 paid online on 29.03.2014

On 29.03.2014 I received a phonecall from some people from atozshoppinghub.com who were persuading me hard for online shopping through atozshoppinghub.com and in turn I would get the best deals and great discounts on future purchases too. I logged in to their site and selected the product SAMSUNG MOBILE PHONE MODEL- S4MINI which was on a higher price as mentioned on their website but the caller assured me to get me a deal for as low as 16000.00. Though, I was then asked to select another mobile (blackberry flip) worth 16000.00 but, they assured that they would send me the Samsung S4mini handset of my choice. Along with that There were also some freebies like 16GB memory card, flip cover, bluetooth etc. They guided me throughout the process of online purchase. I then made the full payment of Rs. 16000.00 online through my HDFC Bank credit card. I immediately received their acknowledgement and order confirmation with reference no. 777710 by their emails. Since that day their staff continued to call me for buying another product as this would bring me in their top10 buyers list. I was adamant that they must deliver the ordered mobile phone first and I kept asking about status of dispatch. Then they started giving vague statements that it would be dispatched soon as it was in the process of insurance. On 4.04.2014 when I called their customer care at[protected] they replied that product was not in stock and it would take another 5 days to come. Then I wrote to them twice at [protected]@atozshoppinghub.com regarding the status of dispatch and requested them for the refund of my money if they are not able to send the ordered item. They did not replied to any of my emails. On 05.04.2014 I received a phone call (from no. [protected]) that they are willing for the refund of entire amount Rs. 16000.00 and for that I should submit my bank details as they find it tedious to make the refund to my credit card account. That time I immediately submitted the same and they wrote back in reply that they would soon initiate the refund process and I must get the money shortly. After a week time I checked in again that there was no sign of refund and their customer care never picks up the phone nor they replied to any of my mails asking for refund status. Their website is totally changed now. Its been almost a month time since I had made the payment to this company. I desperately need intervention and help in this matter as I firmly believe that not only me but a lot many people have been cheated through this online shopping website.
