Respected sir/ ma'am, This is Anjali omar an account holder in Punjab National Bank, sir / ma'am on date 25/05/2021, I made a payment of sum of Rs 49500 from my account to a merchant named "Made Easy" as an installment of my admission fees but sir/ma'am from my account the amount has been deducted but the amount (Rs 49500) has not been credited to merchant's account yet even after more than 120 hr of payment.
