I am surprised to know that Rs.1020.00 has been debited from my SBI A/c due to a faulty transaction. My bank account has debited by Rs.1020.00 in your favour by online transaction from my bank account of SBI as per bank payment details below- 28-.[protected]Feb-15) TO TRANSFER-INB Avenues India Pvt. Ltd-- CCACB1MDP220IG00QZLOO0 TRANSFER TO 3 1020.00. Please note that the bank has debited the amount of Rs.1020 from my account in your favour which reason i am quite unable to recall today. Still i apprehend it might be in dealing with SNAPDEAL purchase was was a fault transaction. Since the transaction is failed and not credited to the client i.e. Account of SNAPDEAL, my money should be returned to my bank account immediately. But now more than one week is over the amount is not refunded to my account. Why my amount is not refunded to my account as yet, which should be done immediately? Isn't a cheating with the Customers by not refunding the money of failed transaction? Please look into the matter and refund my money immediately without further delay.
