Dear concerned, as already discuss the entire conversation & the receiptant of your email dated 26th as per your requirement the delay in lodgeing fir & the rewert from my side to you. As i am not responsible for any delay, but you guys r cheated me from day one of the complaint & complaint lodge started 15th march 2016 and a proper followup where in i have mentioned about my lost mobile samsung a5 & having the resolution with in 2 weeks from your concerned. It is shocking to see that you have sent me so many emails that resolution is in 2 weeks but inspite my repeated telephonic calls & emails wherein i have requested for the rufund as per policy when i lost my phone & send all the necessary origional documents at your pune office with the concerned team their confirmation of recieving & your team is with you on account of grossly misleading information & false assurances/commitments given by your representatives. Till this date i have never received a clear response apart from "it is under process."it’s even worse to observe that no one has ever contacted me from bajaj allianz &trying to help me. I have been continuously tracking my refund thru both phone & emails unfortunately to no avail since there seems to be a huge gap between your sales team & your customer support team. Please note that being a helpless lady i have already sent you several reminders to refund my entire amount failing which i shall be forced to take legal action against your organization claiming damages, mental & financial. I do not have any obligation towards you & request an organization with such a big brand, as yours not to harass a customer who wanted to have a long term relationship of which my policy was the 1st step. As per your demand all the relevant documents have now been furnished to you in origional & i await the prompt reimbursement of the amount i have made in favor of mobile policy to you. Request you to do the needful at earliest. Till date i have not recieve the claim amount of my phone which i lost 2 months back.bajaj allianz general insurance co ltd.cheated me.
