[Resolved] Bajaj Allianz — Non receipt of policy copy even after two weeks - regarding | |||
Dear Sir, I have issued a cheque (no:238621, dt 31.07.2014) for Rs.9156/- for renewing car insurance policy No: OG[protected]-00032874 for the period 06.08.2014 to 05.08.2014. I was told that the copy of policy will be mailed to my mail (id [protected]@yahoo.co.in / [protected]@rediffmail.com) within 48 hours of realization of my cheque. I had also requested the agent (Mr.Raghu, Mob.No:[protected]) to courier the original policy to my new address as informed. Even after realization of cheque and elapse of two weeks I have not received my car insurance policy. No body is responding to my telephone calls (either they are ignoring or telling some cock and bull stories). If the delay continues further, Iam planning to lodge a compalint in consumer forum.
