Bajaj Allianz — Not receiving my policy even after payment | |||
After Ms Sharmishta sent me the link for the online payment of my car insurance, I paid immediately the said amount of 8072 on the 6th of may. I have received a mail too that the payment was successful with Reference number 55699873. My customer ID is 38803563. Till date even after contacting the customer care repeatedly I have not received the soft copy of the Insurance policy. My existing insurance expires today 8th May. The customer service executives keeps telling nothing is there in their control and that they will raise a complaint. I dont understand that if I get caught on the 9th while driving should I say that Bajaj Allianze is yet to issue me the insurance policy even after payment???.. Never seen this sort of a service. I own another car with ICICI Lombard which issued the copy the next minute of my payment. I would like to know the procedure for discontinuing with Bajaj Insurance and also request a refund please. Very disappointed with the service and also the lack of coordination in the department. Was this information helpful? | |||
