I Om Prakash Bhateja having Bajaj Alliance life Insurance Policy No. [protected] in favour of my Son Ankush Bhateja, I have paid premium of Rs.20, 000/- on-line on 04.03.2016 but I have not received Premium Paid receipt so far. I request to please send premium receipt at my email ID [protected]@rediffmail.com
