My bajaj mixer stopped working one month ago. It is under 5 years of warranty and i raised a complaint by calling customer care. They sent a guy who told that the motor needed to be replaced.
But since then i did not get any response, though i called customer care multiple times. Every time they say that it would be resolved soon. But nothing happened since the last one month. Can this be looked urgently?...

Twice complaints have been raised. The visiting technician checked the same and intimated that the motor needs to be replaced and would return with the motor the next day. Two weeks have gone past. I have log a call for cooling issue. From my registered mobile no.[protected]. Service engi visit @ home after 3 days from the date of complaint and he fit the new machine and charge 650 from me. same day machin working stopped and i have call him and asking for change it But from more than 6 days neither bajaj engi visit @ home or Bajaj call centre and area service head respond on it.

We purchased a wet grinder on 25th May, Saturday and noted that the drum was leaking. We booked a complaint on 26th May Sunday with the customer care. We were informed that the issue would be addressed in two days. But no one has attended the matter so far. We called the customer service a couple of times later in the week. What's the point in buying branded item when after 2, 3 yrs that product can't get repaired.
The service centre says the part that needs to be replaced is not available as new one is is market.
I mean what the heck is this.
Why one will not buy non branded items if it will get obsolete in 2yrs. Ridiculous.
Strict and prompt action needs to be taken so that my issue gets resolved.

Two months old gas stove has issues and the flames are sporadic which is a safety issue. This is also leading to utensils getting damaged and i'm fearing gas leaks from the burner too.
