[Resolved]  Balaji Infratel — make a fraud

I am Gaurav singh and i was interested for tower installation on my land located in amethi which is registered with my father's name Krishna dev singh. Balaji infratel contacted me and told that they are a mediator of telecom company "Eti salat". They give me a request number 2622963 and a vendor number KST03V/ETI/86UP for GSM on my father's name and another vendor number PSJ71C/ETI/56UP for CDMA on my name. They take the necessary documents Like PAN, voter ID, photo, signature and they demands a ST of vendor certificate (issued by government of india) for both vendor numbers but I do not have ST. so, they told me that they will make ST by their broker, if i deposit 4875 for both vendor numbers. I was deposited this amount in the account of BALAJI with account number [protected] from SBI amethi (branch code 5927). They told to me that my property inspection was held on 4th november and agreement on 6th november 2013. but from 4th november the contact number of balaji[protected] is dead. no communication is possible. so pls help me as soon as possible otherwise i will go to police. I have proper evidence of froud. I also claim this company for mental taurcher that i am suffering from. I totally deposited 9750 rupees for both vendor numbers.
