Bharat Business Channel Ltd — Videocon d2h account not recharged

On Dt.14.05.15 I logged in to my Videocon d2h A/c on line and did a monthly recharge of an amount of Rs.439/- for my customer ID[protected] through Net Banking from my SBI A/c No.[protected]. The transfer was successful and the A/c summary is as follows. TO TRANSFER INB Bharat Business Channel L TECH_BARATB Payments Ref. No.[protected]IG0AAFXWW5 TRANSFER TO [protected] STATE BANK OF INDIA O Debit 439.00 But my d2h account is still not updated. upon inquiry made to the costumer care, it is learnt that they have no information regarding this. But my bank a/c has already been deducted by the said amount.
