Bharat Gas — login problem

its saying Login failed. Please try again.But i tried forgot password and password and id came.When i entered new id and password.It saying like that Login failed. Please try again.

I am Ramachandran Venkataraman 74 yrs old. I am Bharatgas Consumer for more than 4 decades. Consumer No. 55122566. I am residing at B-5, Ashabai Building, Kopar Road, Dombivli West 421202. My Distributor Jagannath Gas Service, Dombivli West. I finde the following problems with your system, which please simply particularly keeping in mind senior citizens like who are not familiar with systems and latest technology. We worked with handwritten records.

1) Inspite of various attempts my log in get failed.
2) Not sure and clear whether name & password wrong or entering CAPTCHA iswrong.
3) There is no specific form to inform about the change of bank account. For example, I had bank account with Punjab National Bank, which I am not operating as it is far off from my house. I am operating account with Bank of India. For subsidy purpose, I had given to you my PNB account details but now want to change to BOI. How can I do it.
4) Your Postal address is not specified anywhere. Even if I want to send a Registered Letter (which is prepared) I am unable to send as I do not know where to send. BPL is an ocean and I doubt whether it will reach the right official even if I send.
5) Please send me a statement showing the subsidy amounts credited to my account & which bank.
