Delivery boy rajesh sharma misbehaved with my wife. He talked very rashed language.Firstly my cylinder is delivered after 11 days from Sree Krishna Gas Agency Liluah W.B. and after lots of complaints and also after go to agency they delivered my cylinder and then delivery boy talked rashely that its not my area and asked rubbished questions to my wife.Very bad service of sree Krishna bharat gas agency and its delivey boy....

At That Day One Liter Fuel Cost Is 109.65.
I Given amount 330 Rupees i Get Fuel Only 3 Liters For That Amount,
They Are Not Filling sufficient Fuel For My Money,
I am Giving Complaint At CITY CIVIL COURT Nampally,

Our Company is a regular purchaser of diesel for industrial use from your station at Palsana, Surat namely Bagumara Petroleum. However right after rates were reduced by the government on 21st May, 2022, we were denied supply of diesel on 22nd May, 2022 despite having sufficient stock due to pricing reasons. SAIKAT AUTOMOBILE, ANDAL GRAM, DURGAPUR, WEST BENGAL having Fuel density display on pump is 0.005 Kg per square meter in pump. Which should be 720-775 Kg/sq.m.
It means they r cheating or machine is wrong. Need immediate action against this culprit pump....

I had placed an order for cylinder refill on 10th April, 2022.
It has been 39 days since my order but I haven't received the refill cylinder.
I had raised this issue in customer care 3-4 times but it is of no help.

Tried submitting my complaint on customer feedback page but its not working.

I made a transaction of Rs999. 50 towards refill of LPG on[protected] through the transaction ID[protected] through gpay UPI.Money got deducted and the receipt also shows that money has been debited and credited to the bpcl bill desk.But at the bpcl bill desk they told money is not credited.So they refuse to deliver refill and said transaction failure show in their system.

Hi I booked Bharat gas cylinder through Hello BPCL application and paid using phonepe as payment method, amount deducted and transaction is successful at phonepe and in Hello BPCL app it showed pending status and later shown as Cash on delivery. credit card/ debit card / UPI / Googlepay / phone pay

I asked for 2000 Rs worth of petrol. He filled for 500. When I said I asked for 2000, he didn't reset the Meter and filled for 1500.
I told him about it but he kept arguing that he did reset. I have the bills to prove. To cheat me further, he has given me a bill of 500 from 12:26 and another bill of 1501 from 15:29....
