Bharti Airtel — about error of validity of recharge (third time) | |||
Dear sir/madam, I have an airtel prepaid connection ([protected]) since 10 years, i was done a Recharge by a retailer on 17.03.2018 & offer on my number is rs.93.00 with benefit o[censored]nlimited all local, std, roaming calls, with 1 gb 3g/4g data & 100 local/std sms per day for 28 days. On 25.03.2018 i was received a alert that your rs.93 pack with unlimited calls & data benefit will expire in 2 days. How can it is possible? When retailer check offer on my number then validity of This recharge is 28 days but suddenly validity of this recharge 10 days. Third time From your side i have face same problem. I also have other companies connections but there was no error in any company numbers. Kindly check what is the error & why my validity change again and again and again. Thanking you.
