This is regarding a dth recharge for my airtel dish tv
Date of recharge 5th september 2017 amount rs 510
Bank transaction id [protected]
Airtel dth consumer no [protected]
The recharge was not processed to my above mentioned dth account
I have tried to get them to refund this amount but they asked me to contact my bank, i did so and the bank and debit card company did an investigation and sent me their results. The recharge was done to some others persons account and i have those details from the card company.
I have forwarded them that along with a screen shot of the recharge history from the mobile airtel app that i used to do the recharge with.
I have sent emails and the only response i get is not helpful. They keep telling me that the recharge was completed.
Airtel complaint ref no [protected] and email are available with me
I am attaching documents for your reference
